Vector Design Platform
Lattice designed and implemented an internal software system for a yeast assembly workflow to generate vector designs that adhered to custom structural and functional rules. The platform enables vector designers to rapidly construct plant expression vectors without design errors that would minimize assembly efficiency in vivo.
Asimov
Op-Tracker
We designed and implemented a custom UI for organization, management, and tracking of experimental operations into larger groups of jobs. The software supported batching experimental operations at scale and generating instruction sets dynamically.
Twist Bioscience
Order Management API
Lattice designed and engineered Twist Bioscience’s first customer-facing DNA ordering system and API. The REST API provides customer access to Twist’s DNA synthesis ordering and manufacturing pipeline.
